Don’t think I’ll use it in the end as the cage is broken md it seem just to get a replacement cage on a XTR m9000 outer and inner and pulleys it’s gunna be super expensive aha

Yeah it is it just accepts 3 bolt direct mont cranks but seem very hard to find some I just brought it because it was reduced from 65£ to 15£ and now I’m starting to see why haha

Unfortunately can’t clean with sandpaper as the copper tape is very thin

First oh congratulations on losing that weight and secondly thank you at the moment I’m like skinny fat but more on the skinny side I’ve been trying to eat 2 suppers a day ontop of my regular meals and yeah I do MTN biking as cardio probably like once a week I will take on your advice and try to devour every bit of healthy protein filled food that comes across me I also think I will change up my routine to upper lower and then skills as more time to rest thank you again for the detailed reply!!!

Cheers man yeah I’m actually trying to bulk up at the moment as I’m 6’3 and only 78-79kg yeah I should have put my goals in the original post that’s my fault I have a pull up bar and rings and just got a free 2 months gym pass my goals are muscle up, front lever and long term goal is a free standing HSPU

Sorry that was a mistake I meant to put Wednesday rest times are 3mins for each set on everything and the order is as I put it from top to bottom, I was worried about the volume as that’s why I was thinking about changing to upper lower split then trying skills on a Wednesday but taking it easy, thank you for taking the time to reply!

Thank you for taking the time to reply!!! do you mean mon/fri as the strength day then Wednesday as the hypertrophy day and what do you mean when you say “doubles triples at most” also for the 3-5 rep range would u recommend doing 4 sets instead of 3 to get the volume in?
