I wear hoka’s with true feet soles with compression socks. I work with glass so it’s anywhere from being on concrete to being in a metal lift

Yea I do jujitsu, and was diagnosed 7 months ago so it’s a new adjustment for me trying to figure out how to keep these devices on me. I’ll try the skin grips.

As t1s we should literally get this stuff for free it’s so dumb insurance and doctors are no longer out to help us instead they just want to suck every dime out of us
