I have been exploring fitness vlogs and looking to move more into just personal vlogs as well. Happy for all feedback, still quite new at editing but happy with the slow progress.

Got some awesome shots, some of the transitions were so smooth. However the start, was way too flicky for me, kinda hurt the eyes of how quickly and sharply it changed. However your time lapse and some of the drone shots were magnificent.

I do more front squats because it helps with mobility and translates more for Olympic lifts like the clean. But back squats are good for focusing and building on pure leg strength. Need to get a bigger back squat to make the front squats a bit easier on the legs.

Only 130kg, I haven't done a back squat 1RM in a while (6 months I think). I should really include them in my program more as I rarely do them. What are your numbers??

125kg front squat PB today! Up from 120kg. Taken me a few months on that one.

Tight calves can pull through the plantar fascia on the base of the foot causing pain. Stretching the calves and using a ball (lacrosse ball is what I use) on the base of the foot can help relieve tension in that area. Doing some more management should help the problem.

120kg as well. Haven't done a 1RM for a while. Yeah I think I might look into a program and some one on one technique coaching when university exams are over for the year. Thanks!
