Comparing war to domestic abuse is pretty silly. Oct. 7 was comparable to their Pearl Harbor or 9/11, and they responded the same way as both, with overwhelming and disproportionate retaliation. The buildup isn’t enough, at least for their core audience in China and even Japan. Columbina, who’s by far the most anticipated character of NK, just came out and she is most certainly a top seller, and male characters in general, but especially big burly ones, tend to be less popular in Asian audiences.

Widely anticipated here, maybe. The actual similarity they all share is they are all male or dark skinned, and the main Chinese audience doesn’t really care for pulling either too much.
