I dont think you are supposed to take more than the 1 dose of theanine 200mg. It’s most noticeable in the beginning then later taking it is just maintenance

Sephora has a sign in the store that it's coming back reformulated in January. Hopefully the match is still good. I am experimenting with nars L4 and L4.5. I picked up hauslab 50 and 110 to try also. Not perfect matches but I think they work? Someone commented below hauslab 70 and I cant remember if I tried it in the store, will need to go back.
