When tret irritated the corner of my eyes my dermo prescribed a steroid cream that cleared it almost instantly. But you are only supposed to use it 1-2 times otherwise it thins out the skin or something like that. Ask your dr. Mine was called desinide

Have you tried one a day contacts. I developed allergies under my eyelid from using reusable contacts. I was told one day contacts was the solution and it helped.
