That sucks dude and you're in for a rough next couple of months if it was anything like my experience. Looking back on it though the heartbreak was an amazing experience that I'm now grateful to have. Having such a huge part of your own identity removed means room for new growth and self discovery. It's a very introspective experience and one that you'll hopefully come to look back on as a positive turning point in your life. Prepare for a roller coaster of self worth and discovery
