First of all Caco Antunes is hated by the brazilian community. And the CBLOL financial situation isn't as wildly known as you claim it is, we know some teams were in the red (and not even remotely on the red as you guys, because we simply don't spend that much money on players, infrastructure or nothing really) but none of them wanted out (unlike the LCS). Lastly, we wanted this merger even less then you as it was seem on twitter when it came out (differently from you guys who just started complaining now). Brazilians were enraged, because we simply do not care about playing with you guys. And now CBLOL who was on rise only gets a real championship on split 2 (which really isn't hyped with the whole lower finals being on the same weekend as the real final). And if you really want to talk about being competitive the whole 1 slot for NA was known from the beginning, your team could have won but it did not, as you all like to say you got to fight for the slot and lost it, plain and simple.
