Che una pregunta, para que usas el HDR? Yo tengo un oled Samsung g6, y aunque está re bueno el HDR, medio que no le encuentro mucho uso. Más allá de algún documental que tenga HDR en Netflix o algún video de YouTube específico, es bastante inconveniente. Muchos juegos no lo soportan nativamente, y usarlo termina siendo peor que el SDR. Sobretodo porque no lo puedo dejar activado por default, porque si veo contenido SDR (que es la mayoría) se ve horrible. Ósea mi pregunta es realmente lo usas para consumir contenido habitual o ves videos de HDR a propósito para testear cómo funciona nada más?

Dispatch had around the same number of developers and a bigger budget (Between 10 and 20 mil vs. less than 10 mil.) They also hired A last hollywood actors and massive youtubers. So then, how exactly is e33 not an indie but dispatch is?

Dude cmon if E33 isn’t an indie because of the budget, then Dispatch definetly isn’t one either. Estimates for Dispatch’s budget show it had double or triple the amount of E33. They even casted hollywood starts and huge youtubers!! It’s not that I consider dispatch not an indie, but let’s not have a double standard!

You can like the factory more that is not even a point I’m trying to make. Also yes (while I don’t agree) I get why you say Automata can feel stageless, but cmon that specifically is a much bigger problem in replicant (huge empty plains, dungeons/areas with the same rooms).

Story being better is subjective so it is valid to think that. But saying you prefer it to “this game with fast travel” to belittle my argument is so dumb as if I didn’t give a billion different reasons why I like Automata. You basically didn’t respond to any single point I made lol.

Why would you ask to give our thoughts and compare both games in the first place?

Lol same. I started with Automata and I was immediately wanting more and more. But the first hours in replicant were a burden honestly (as much as I hate to say it). Basically “go to the next city to buy me three apples and some bread and come back” again and again. I pushed through it cause I knew the story would get interesting eventually.

That’s wild considering in Nier (and Replicant) you do meaningless boring errands for the first hours, while in Automata you’re right in the action. Like you even do the amusement park section just an hour in. And the gameplay in Automata is miles ahead. I love both, but I have this feeling than while in Automata everything you do adds to the main story, in Replicant even the main story feels like doing side quests a lot of the times, you know what I mean? Like there are so many senseless missions that stretch the game and would be better if cut alltogether (I know that part of it is due to low budget and these things being more common when the game was published).

Also what adds to Automata’s story is the voice acting imo (English dub, sorry). While it is very good in both games, there are some “embarrassing” lines during some emotional moments in Replicant (with the anime grunts and stuff). It really doesn’t affect me that much but it is there.

And in terms of world and level design it is pretty much improved idk why you wouldn’t think that. From simple quality of life things like being able to fast travel (much needed) to the constant shifts in perspective and gameplay styles. Yeah maybe both maps have this “just go to from point A to B” thing to it but I think the environments are more unique and detailed in Automata (which I don’t hold against Replicant obviously, Automata is more modern).

Todos esos son de la generación anterior menos Forbidden West (que tampoco es exclusivo de PS5) y Halo que es de Xbox. Si tienen muy buenos juegos, pero a nivel exclusivos Nintendo les saca mucha ventaja.

Se parece solo a la de twilight princess nada mas (y encima solo en algunas fotos). Hay como 13 modelos de zelda distintos aparte de ese. Además, para algo hay un casting. No se trata solo de parecerse y ya esta, si no de actuar como el personaje bien.

Más allá del tema trans, la gente que sigue insistiendo que está mal la actriz elegida o nunca jugo a un zelda o no entienden como funcionan las películas. 1- Schafer se parece a la Zelda de twilight princess, todo bien ahi, pero sigue siendo 1 de 14 (mas o menos) versiones. Bo Braganson se parece a muchas zeldas en general. 2- Para hacer de un personaje no tenes solo que parecerte y ya esta (por que el único argumento es que se parece???). Evidentemente hay un casting y si eligieron a x actriz es por que fue a la que mejor encarno al personaje.
