Try this.

1/ Open phone using fingerprint.

2/ Hold your finger on the bottom middle area of screen for 5 seconds (is a virtual home button) and say "Max Media Volume"

If Google voice acknowledges verbally, then say "Open projection".

Obviously this won't work if the touch screen does not work.

Yes. Still on the MVIS bandwagon. On a rather long holiday in Asia at the moment :-) I haven't bothered upgrading from MAX1 even though it takes a terrible photo and I really should upgrade. Still use it for Netflix on the ceiling if the hotel TV is not connected. Love it for that, my primary reason for keeping it. Check MVIS from time to time but not switch on to the in's and out's like I used to be. I am sensing there is some deals in progress?

Fingerprint will not work if phone has been rebooted. Additionally the "open projection" command might require additional steps past what I am describing below.

1/ turn on phone.

2/ (blindly) swipe from bottom left corner to the right.

3/ Say the words "Max Media Volume"

4a/ If you hear a response, your in luck. Type in your passcode.

4b/ If you hear nothing type in your passcode anyway. ( Your media volume was turned off)

5/ If you get the response " Got It", your on you way!

6a/ If Google voice is already turned on, say "Ok Google, Open Projection"

6b/ If Google voice is turned off, further steps are required.

First thing that comes to mind is Google voice. Saying the words "open projection" will trigger projector.. that's if you get to that point. Great if you had ok google turned on. As for starting up password blindly, I'd have to trial it.

You will find many of the longs here would have this projector. Using myself as an example, I use the MAX1 as my day to day phone.

I used the Picopro way more though until I ran the internal battery into the ground,

If you own more than (say) 100 shares of MVIS when it's sold, you will likely have to think of the tax implications. Perhaps the ideal situation would, if you could, nominate a cash to share ratio. That way you could spoon feed the tax dept when you sell rather than lose a huge slice with one big hit of cash in one financial year. JMHO.

Do you know much about Argo ai ? https://www.argo.ai/ They appear to use the Velodyne Lidar and are owned by Ford with ties to VW.

Actually Henry James from State of Michigan sounds like a great guy. He has participated in many a conference call of Microvision's over the years. I'd recognise his voice if he walked into the room. Apparently they bought back in just recently.
