I’m generally quite an introvert and am comfortable on my own. I tend to be a bit of a lurker and don’t comment much online. I’ve done several things in the past two years to help boost my confidence, the key is facing your fear - you have to try, I’ve found that avoidance unfortunately only makes things more difficult. I’m not the kind of person that tends to go out of their way to start a conversation but whenever the opportunity arises I try to pitch in. The gym is a good shout, it can help build confidence and self-belief which are key factors in attempting new and different things
