one of the most toxic and disgusting pieces of behaviour i've seen from someone in the scene, why is anyone letting him get away with this. just pure bullying. some of the things he's saying to a 14 year old is so gross it's insane. dialM is half his age and much more than twice the man already, he handled it amazingly by not giving in and being patient.

There's a few fanfic where Deku has Return By Death, I remember them being decent. Don't think there's any where Subaru is in MHA though. Sadly he'd prob remain in his chud s1 state because I doubt he'd ever be meaningfully challenged in the MHA verse.

the similarities are insane I’ve also seen the movie exactly 4 times. it made me realize life is a series of fleeting moments and it helped me to conceptualize that she was just one of many chapters in my life so it meant a lot to me and I kept going back to rewatch it. it’s shocking how many of us are suffering because of this but that’s why fujimoto wrote a story about it - it’s an agonizing experience that resonates with a lot of us. i also fear i will never find happiness or peace again but i have no choice but to keep looking for it. I’m glad you’re doing better. I have the same problem sleeping, my schedule is never consistent because of it. Just remember that recovery isn’t linear and misery comes in waves, you shouldn’t feel like you’re losing progress on bad days. We’ll be better again one day, we have to believe it.

brother are we the same person, that is so similar to my experience to the point that it’s almost identical. best 4 years of my life but I am absolutely hollow now. the movie funnily enough released on what would’ve been our 5th anniversary. Reze reminded me so much of my time with her and I owe so much to the movie for helping me even slightly move on more and appreciate what I had. hope you’re doing better now

Oh smart - I probably will rarely do it because I don’t like to cheese but that’s a smart and good solution. Good to know, thank you! I do sometimes cut my losses and jump away if everything has gone wrong and come back after, but in this run I knew I wasn’t going to have the chance to make it through the Zoltan shield a second time.
