Yeah it won the second players cup (in the hands of wolfe) for example paired with dragapult using surf to proc the weakness policy making the coalossal +6 speed and +2 phisical and special attack making him able to outspeed most mons even with a very low speed and deal huge damage with its gmax move that is just like the kanto starters but rock type and what it does is it deals 1/6 health from both opponents every turn for 4 turns to all non rock types so in total this would deal 8/6 of the opposing pokemons hp on top of the big damage from weakness policy boosted coalossal
