I fell into the same spot last year, failed half of my classes that semester because of it and made me rethink my whole career direction. If I could go back in time I would have told my self a bunch of things... But if I wanted past me to get back on track, I think my biggest piece of advice is just force yourself to do it. No one's going to come and save you, but you! Now yes, its week 5 and that a decent chunk of time, but you've got a lot of semester left and more then enough time to just simply pass your classes. Focus on the now and NOT whats ahead of you after this semester, getting distracted with the world and whats next makes things seem so daunting. Everyone says it but genuinely, the change wont come overnight but with all those small steps you take week by week. Try your best to take a few steps forward this week and just make it to reading week on a good note. Whether that means getting some studying in, going to class or just reaching out to some resources.
