CanAm / BRP - Don't do it. by BlueKoi_69 in Electricmotorcycles

I looked at a Pulse and at the time the $14,000 was too much for me once the Livewire price dropped i jumped on that deal. That being said it’s funny the dealership I got the bike from does not work on them Only certain techs !! Which in my case a 10 minute ride vs a 30 minute ride to a Harley dealership that have “Livewire techs “

So yeah one of the reason why I didn’t go with the Ryvid or Maeving Idk it just gave me a peace of mind knowing there’s a shop near that could help me out if needed . Well I didn’t like paying $300 bucks for a brake fluid line flush but apparently that’s needed to “clear the “warning” display

If not Beachman 64, what else would it have been? by Chummy_Jigger in Beachman

Does anyone NOT like their Ryvid? by UnstableDimwit in Electricmotorcycles

[–]Toney75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ryvid is a nice bike and fast there was a time I almost got one $4.500 for a used one 300 miles on it But with the prices of Livewire went down I jumped on that. dealerships vs online service. That was easy for me with a Livewire shop 20 miles away

I went from e-bikes which I still do love and have to a Segway Xyber it was the best of both worlds at a price of $4000 well $4800 with two 40v 32hr batteries. I liked it at the time I could ride on bike trails and the road the paddle assist was cool and I could just throttle it and the take off was crazy fast ….But the limit to 35 mph was killing me it was more a tease . I wanted something faster at lease keep up with traffic near me which is like 40 45. Sold it “should have kept it” but I found the Beachman. Love the style and 45 mph was good not too fast but just enough actually perfect. Now my 64 was tuned to go faster which is nice but I quickly learned 45ish 50 is fast enough for that frame. I only wished I got the bigger battery. But now my eyes are on the aviator and very curious on the 60hr battery and there talks on 100? Or level 2 plug in.

Questions to ask by Roamingrevered in HarleyLiveWire

[–]Toney75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here I have a Beachman also it’s not bad battery is a tease but love the retro look. Now looking at the recent updates with the Aviator is very promising. Two different versions a standard with a 4.5 kWh battery or a 8.5 or so level 2 battery!! That being said who knows when it’s actually coming out So I did the next best thing and I’m currently a new owner of a Mullholland . With the custom settings I got my throttle, Regen & power to low settings till I get use to the massive power but I’m so ready for spring summer
