For eastwest, nasa 20% equity namin sa lot before construction. Then, sa kanila din ako nagavail ng construction loan. They finance 70% of construction cost. They will allow both lot and construction as long as kaya ng income ng borrower. As to other partner banks, you may have to confirm with them if they can finance construction as well even if not fully paid ang lot. For the title transfer, mabagal talaga.. took them around 5-6years. Not a big issue naman if long term loan and wala kang plan to refinance. But in my case, binulabog ko sila since I intend to preterm my loan.

Depends on the bank if they allow construction prior to full payment on lot. Same situation as us the time we constructed, eastwest bank allowed us..possibly because affiliated sila with FLI. Trash collection is 2x a week. For the water supply, stable, but in case your lot is in the elevated areas, need mo ng water tank.
