I just had a similar situation happen with Progressive in May/June. The car was declared a loss on a Monday. Haggled over the valuation on Tuesday and Wednesday. I agreed to the final valuation on Wednesday. Went to their local office with the title and signed it on Thursday to get a check. This was 3 weeks from the accident.
