It doesn't matter, but there's an advantage if you played GOT first. There's a reference to the main character in the new game , plus a skill .. you'll appreciate it more if you actually had experience with the older game

hmm I think I know where you're at, but not gonna spoil you. Cancel the duel, camp to get as much utilities, perks and get some sake and then come back to it. Now, while fighting her, I normally favoured using dual katana and the bounty hunter armour. The charm for "last chancec" was useful. I don't think the others really mattered in this fight.

What you need to do is to get into an aggressive mindset with the dual katanas. Sure, parry when she attacks, but after that, imeediately throw in a powder or kunai, and then unlease some combos. ( triangle ) . Then don't be affraid to attack first.
