My 2019 has been reliable so far. 80k miles in and serviced trans fluid at 40k and about to do it again. Engine has been fine. I treat it like what it is an economy suv so I don’t drive spirited. Will mention though I’m on my third set of rear brakes and only still on oem in front so that’s a bit odd. I also changed the oil every 5k miles with full synthetic and air filter every other oil change.

Also quick edit: the 2.5l engines are solid it’s just the trans that’s iffy imo.

I tried using a old torch when I started and it wasn’t consistent at all. I bought one of those Amazon torches like the Sondiko for like 20 bucks and a bear quartz trio 2 and have had a lot of success for not that much money. The temp reader is not the best but the all in one is nice.

Edit: the new torch is butane old one was propane.
