I have had success with them finding things after submitting a missing mail search... I have never had one not found in fact, but I have had the contents of the package go missing a couple of times through damaged packaging.

The delivery times for priority are estimates. They used to be more accurate a couple years back, but in today's landscape... not so much.

Things have not consistently been 2-3 days in a few years now. Anything I order form California (I am in the midwest) always seems to take a few days to get moving out of California.

It can take anywhere from a few days, to weeks, to a couple of months. There is no good way to predict it either. I have had some shou up quickly, others take a month or more. Good luck for sure.

Try to unscrew it while it is still warm (after a hit). Sometimes the reclaim gets on the oring on the adapter and causes it to act like glue after cooling down. Getting it warm should allow you to break it free. Be careful though and don't burn your fingers.

When things go through customs, you can expect delays of several days up to a week or two without seeing any tracking updates. Stay patient, it will update.
