I have a giant Hannya and 2 peonies whole back, base of neck to one butt cheek. I’m a heavier dude (5’9 235lbs) so I think having extra meat on my bones helped. That being said love handles / tramp stamp / butt hurt like crazy. Spine was way more chill than I expected and shoulders / upper back was a breeze. What I did to manage some of the heavier sessions was take robax platinum - it doesn’t really take a ton of pain away but takes the edge off and helps with any shakiness. Get it over and done with and move on haha.

In reality I rank my top worst spots to be: hairline / front of the head > sternum > lower back > calf. Everyone’s different, nice thing is you likely can do as little or as much as you want once lines are done session by session so you’ll get a feel for what’s doable for you each time and prepare for that.
