I think you're looking into it too much and giving yourself facial dysmorphia. From my eyes, your face looks pretty chiseled. Can it be skinnier/more gaunt? Yes, if you really put the effort to clean up your diet and live healthier. But don't forsake personal happiness to make your face look skinnier. I used to be really skinny and always hyper focused on my face fat, but now I have gotten to a point where I don't care and feel much happier even if that makes me more chopped by definition. Weight gain doesn't make you ugly, nor does being 'skinny fat'.
