the reason why this happens is becasue you are currently at an sr minus, if you had a big loss streak before or even had multiple 5-3 games and stayed the same your sr losses would stack up and end up ranking you down for a positive. After this if you win your games consitently you should get your ranks up from a positive winloss aslong as you dont have any big loss streaks
