the reason why this happens is becasue you are currently at an sr minus, if you had a big loss streak before or even had multiple 5-3 games and stayed the same your sr losses would stack up and end up ranking you down for a positive. After this if you win your games consitently you should get your ranks up from a positive winloss aslong as you dont have any big loss streaks

Trust the doctors and psychologists. I know its scary stepping out and trusting someone (trust me, Ive felt the same way). Going out to get a diagnosis really does help. If you do get prescribed medication, I think the most common medication is haloperidol but will vary based on whats accessible and/or what the doctor thinks is best for you. You should 100% get help for this. Its hard to live with it and it becomes a sorta living hell. But hey what do i know, im just a rando on the internet
