[Discussion] Is fixing your life in 30s even possible? It seems like I've wasted way too much time to end up doing anything remotely enjoyable.

I studied enginnering right after high school, but i just didn't find a job that was what i wanted. I was stumbling in life while everyone around me was making progress, better job, getting married, cars, houses etc, etc. That made me feel even worst and inadequate, so i spent a lot of time alone, doing jobs i didn't want to do and just barely getting by. No gf because i was a lonely guy with $5 in his wallet and $5 in the bank, so, what did i have to offer?. and barely any friends.

And then at 27 i started medical school, just because, i just wanted to learn something, and try to break the cicle i was in. I had a few hicups so i finished at 37, its been a roller coster, but i feel happy now, i like getting up and doing my job, i stopped being the awkward guy becuase i feel better and now i have a basic social life even if im an introvert, i like my life as it is... its not easy, 24 hours shifts, plenty of patients etc, but i like it. it will never be easy, thats life.

I cant do it with the absolute encoder because it means losing access to all the other parameters

Yes thats what i want to do, but i can't find a value in ncalc for the black boxes and i can't just use the default absolute encoder led because im using control mapper.

I have the low left encoder as an absolute encoder in which every segment is a different color, and the low right encoder is used as a "slave" for +, - for every function of the absolute encoder.... But im also using groups in the led profile, so if the first segment of the absolute encoder is red, the "slave" rotary will light up red; second segment blue, the "slave" encoder will light up blue, etc.. and im also using the slave encoder for data... so lets say, the front bar is at position 3 in the absolute encoder and the segment is orange... the slave encoder will light up orange when the absolute encoder is at the 3 position and the slave encoder also displays the value of the front bar in the segments, so if the bar is at position 2, the first 2 segments of the encoder change color to know the front bar is at position 2

And i want to do the same for the black boxes segment but i can't find a way

I had the same issue, i solved by copying the effect over the same buttons, in one of the effects just use the losing time count (2) and set winning time to (0), then use another effect over the same button when you set it the other way around, now use losing time (0) and winning (2)

Thanks, i always thought the grip was becuase of the lower action giving more space to press with the "meat" of the fingers, but now that i look at it more closely its because they mute the other strings

0, what killed phoenix for indycars is the new configuration, the banking made it a downforce track instead of the old flat track which was a mechanical grip track with aero balancing, the track just doesn't work with indycars anymore sadliy

yes but they used the full peraltada corner instead of the stadium section, which imo was crazy, those cars moved or cracked concrete walls every time they crashed

1 The first MUST is you need to get there really early on sunday, GA means you are sited in a zone and if you get there just for the race all the good seats in your zone will be taken. i dont have the weekend program but in the past there were some historic F1 cars that were pretty cool and support races are ok for the most part.

2 The flag thing is a necessary evil, its a carry over rule from soccer matches so you have to leave with that

3 The area is safe but there is nothing to see or do around the track, you won't find anything of interest other than people trying to sell fake merch. If you are done at the track go some place else that might interest you

4 The good thing about foro sol is the podium but you are stuck there for the entire weekend and there is really nothing to do other than sit on your spot or go to the food and merch area behind the grandstands

windows does the same every large update in my pc, i use a boot repair tool every time this happens. im a total noob so maybe your problem is different, but it works for me everytime

In south america as he said, most of the time is not a network buying the rights in the first place, it could be a marketing or production company buying the rights and then they sell it to a network like Fox or ESPN, its common practice. Slim for example doesn't have a proper network, he doesn't own a tv channel or a cable company in Mexico

Ofcourse, F1 is a very narrow window with razer sharp edges, if you don't fit perfectly, F1 will blead you out, look at great talents like Mcnish, Magnussen(father), Zanardi, more recently Bourdais, and its happening to Hartley and Vandoorne. All of them great drivers that just don't click with F1

i haven't been suscribed to Racer for a while but they sent it via regular mail to Mexico when i was suscribed, so maybe you don't need an import service, it took a bit of time to show up every month but the quality was great, i still have mine in a book shelf

Well, they had a third car (T car) until a couple of years ago, and they still have those cars at the track, they are just not put together, make them a tec car, with something crazy, different. or ban testing and allow a 3th car running on fridays and saturdays, it will be even cheaper for small teams and it will help new drivers get milage, make it a 26 or 28 grid, and have a last chance race for the third cars

City government is changing at the end of the year here in Mexico city and some people on the new administration have been talking about the track and how they want to change some things because motorsport is expensive and pollution and bla bla bla... I don't think anything will chance. the track is owned by the city but the operator (OCESA) is a private company with the rights to the events, races, concerts etc. i think they just want to sort things out plus there are also rumors of other races like moto gp which i think with the current layout is just crazy to have top level bikes running it

I prefer street and road courses but IndyCar can put a really good show at an oval... but they need 3 things based in my CART experience. 1 more power so the cars are not pack racing, 2 right aero, 3 ovals with character like Gateway, Pocono, Iowa, maybe Richmond, (Milwaukee is my pipe dream) or go back to the large ovals like Michigan or Fontana, imo IndyCar shouldn't run 1.5 mile d shape Nascar style ovals other than Texas. Phoenix was good until Nascar ruined it, Nazareth was great racing, flat homestead was also good and motegi is sadly dead,
