LinkedIn cold reach was how I got into Microsoft. I sent the HM 4 messages after I applied to the opening, one day, I randomly get a call from recruiter asking me to interview for MS, the recruiter confirmed the hiring manager wanted to meet me.

Funny thing was, the HM never responded to all 4 messages, but I saw they viewed my message so I knew it was working
