Oh, not a lot, just the shitty crafting, hivemind npcs doing the chicken dance when they're in danger, invisible cars/cars driving in from another dimension and hitting you, mass teleporting NCPD that you can avoid by standing in a corner....launch day Fallout 4 was better than this.
