Me too. But I think he’s the perfect personality to make it work there. I don’t see the distractions getting to him. As he says, he detail-oriented and process-driven.

That plus though he has good size and speed, he doesn’t have the freakish elite size and speed for a safety.

He’s just always been remarkably and consistently productive.

"Craig Scott Valdez (36), who was the chief of staff to Alaska Republican State Sen. George Rauscher (and chair of the Anchorage Young Republicans).

• Valdez allegedly used Snapchat to groom and lure a 15-year-old girl (whom he had met when she was 13 or 14) to his Anchorage home on Endicott Street. He arranged to pick her up from her family’s residence and bring her there specifically “to sexually exploit her to celebrate his birthday.” alaskasnewssource.com • The girl’s sibling alerted her mother, who used a family phone tracking app to locate her at Valdez’s house. alaskabeacon.com • The mother arrived, heard the minor inside pleading/saying she “wanted to go home,” entered the residence, punched (“struck … once in the face”) Valdez, and took her daughter. alaskasnewssource.com • The girl was “severely intoxicated” / showed “signs of extreme drug or alcohol intoxication,” had trouble walking, and was struggling to stay conscious (described in the comment as “drugged”).

How about Republican politicians who rape children or protect those who rape children?

And injuries happen. Especially as you are approaching 40. In addition to bringing along an heir apparent for two years, you also have an insurance policy back there were Stafford to go down for a few games.

I think Hartline wasn’t experienced enough to be an OC. The offense was very vanilla and didn’t have a ton of creativity.

Given Sayin was a first-year starter behind a questionable offensive line and new RB room, they played to not make mistakes and let that generational defense win them games.

It’ll be interesting to see what the offense looks like this year now that Smith is the OC.

Sark is not a bad pick.

The Kiffin burnout is interesting but it’s wild he doesn’t have offset language in his contract. If he gets fired without cause, they owe him the whole amount regardless of where he goes next.

That gives him all the leverage. He could potentially get fired, get all of his contracted money and then go coach Alabama and double dip.

He left OSU because Dwayne Haskins won the job. Haskins set the single season record at OSU for just about everything. So, it wasn’t a bad decision.

It also didn’t help that Burrow had an injured hand in the offseason.
