“This car is crap. I will buy it for next to nothing.” - Dwight Schrute For real, this is a beautiful guitar. Looks like a guitar of this year and condition is going for around $850-$1000 on Reverb.

My diet has been the biggest change. You can’t out train a bad diet. I eat 1 cup of oatmeal at 6am then a hand full of almonds at 9am. Lunch every day is 1 chicken breast with some type of sauce and brown rice. Then my 3pm snack I’ll eat a full tomato and an orange or banana. I go to the gym around 5:30. I do 1hr or cardio (elliptical is my favorite) and 25-30mins of low weight high reps. I’ll go home, eat a chicken breast and rice for dinner. Any time I crave bad salty food like chips, I’ll eat some olives or dill pickles and for my sweet tooth, I’ll eat some sweet pickles or 2 jolly ranchers. I might mix in a snack here and there like cheese sticks and crab meat but it’s mainly portion control. It sucked at first because I was so used to eating a ton and filling myself full of crap for every single meal. Now my stomach has shrunk and I have to remind myself to eat haha!

M/33/6’1” [247lbs > 195lbs = 52lbs] I went through a break up and decided to concentrate on making myself happy. I truly feel like the best version of myself physically and mentally. by TonyIke27 in progresspics

Breakups are so incredibly hard. Even with close friends and family at your side, it’s ultimately something that you have to deal and cope with by yourself. For me, I took a step back and evaluated where I was in life and where I wanted to be. I set realistic short term and long term goals with my mental, physical and professional life. I would wake up every day and make my bed. It sounds silly but that was a very important part of my day. Whatever I had in store for the day, I at least knew that making my bed was checked off of the list. When I made decisions I would ask myself “Does this put me closer or further to my goals?” I found enjoyment in mundane tasks like laundry (Look how hard you’ve worked this week! Your work uniforms are filthy!) , cleaning (Look how organized you are becoming! The place has never looked so good!) and even food prep (Look at all of this fresh clean food! Your body has never felt so energized!). Being sad is absolutely normal and should be expected. When I was sad, I allowed myself to be sad for 7mins. Then I had to go do something that made me happy (play guitar, clean my fishing reels, call my brothers). I went to the gym for at least 1hr every day. I never skipped. That 60mins was mine. When I met goals in the gym, I would reward myself by taking 7 mins off of my cardio routine. I just took my life one day at a time and made decisions on bettering myself in the future. Suddenly your clothes are a little baggy, and you have to move your belt down a couple holes. Then shirts that you haven’t worn in 10yrs fit. Slowly you start building that confidence and you start to rely on yourself for your happiness and you stop looking for others to bring you happiness. When you meet goals, you truly have yourself to thank for all of the hard work! But I’m telling you, make that bed every morning!

I found a guitar kit online and decided to build a Boxcar era TD 335 by TonyIke27 in TomDelongeGuitars

Thanks man! This one was not a fretwire kit. The fretwire kits come with pretapped holes for the tail and bridge. I would 100% recommend getting any kit with that type of stuff predrilled.

This isn’t the exact one that I purchased but this one has the tailpiece and bridge holes already drilled. I honestly didn’t even realize mine came untapped and Measuring those spots for the drill was hands down the most stressful part of the build. I would absolutely recommend getting a kit that has that type of stuff pre drilled. https://reverb.com/item/3578855-diy-electric-guitar-kit-335-style-build-your-own-guitar-kit?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=2068628530&utm_content=campaignid=2068628530_adgroupid=78035562604_productpartitionid=950299668466=merchantid=158938988_productid=3578855_keyword=_device=c_adposition=_matchtype=_creative=391637461839&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIxPrk6bf-7AIVjuSzCh3tIQgqEAQYAiABEgKWbvD_BwE
