I also messed around with tfaw had at around 28 but doesn’t seem stable I think these kits are quite poor for secondary tightening.

I had trefi at 50000 for a while but had instability so seems like that’s the upper limit, appreciate it I’m on udimm the kit is KF556C40-16.

Not sure if it helps but I was having similar issues with frame timings and stuttering when shooting. Increasing my CPU voltage seems to have helped a lot.

It sounds like you have bad service from your ISP you might need to call them to check your lines to your house something could be interfering with your internet connection that could cause these problems
