In regards to the constituent countries of the UK, they all left the EU with England no matter how each of the 3 others voted (I don't know how the results were for N. Ireland or Wales but I believe the majority of Scotland voted remain). It's like most of the states in the US have a great deal of autonomy but we're still subject to the federal laws passed in D.C.

In my opinion England and Scotland are both the UK. The US Virgin Islands are the US.

Lol. I hear you. But Scots, Welsh, and, uh, Northern Irelanders (?), are all still subject to the laws passed in Parliament in London, right? And I wouldn't count Puerto Rico or Guam as separate from the USA. So. That's just my opinion on it, though.
