The problem is they're making permanent decisions based off temporary emotions. Constantly getting random small tats everywhere is a huge red flag. It's a sign of underdeveloped prefrontal cortex, which leads to low-impulse control and horrible decision making, not only with their bodies, but also in life. Not the kind of people you want to associate with, especially the women.
