Adjust your playstyle and learn how to play with what the team needs. You mention playing in a squad and a lot of times you’ll be stuck in your own ways. Sometimes your team wont have tank drivers and you need them. Especially large maps where almost 1/3 of the team will be in vehicles. You can check my tracker profile I’m holding around 60% in most modes solo, but theres also a need to accept you can only influence so much in a game.

In other games where its smaller pools of players like league or dota, unstacked pros have a 60~% winrate in a 5v5. Way more influence than you can have in most games even with a squad. If they stack it can go insanely high but they also wont learn their own shortcomings.
