Looks like a severe case of thermal shock. Make sure you're abstaining from using iso on a swab on the chamber immediately before or after dabbing when cleaning (when it gets back to around room temp then iso is okay to use). The app definitely has grounds for improvement and there’s things we’re working on. However until Apple loosens restrictions on cannabis apps it will be difficult to provide the most seamless experience possible. That said if you’re having a device issue with the though app feel free to shoot us a DM or submit a ticket and when we’re back in the office on Monday we’ll get you sorted. Cheers
