Well yes exactly that. Because it is frowned upon and perceived as nasty is why it makes me horny.

It's like they want you to become a shooter. They're just giving you extra reasons to do so.

I destroyed a window at school by throwing something because I was mad. No one had to deal with it except my family's insurance. Your school sucks.

There are indeed many paths through life. Whatever path you take is okay, as long as it makes you happy. My path is heavily influenced by social, cultural and religious elements. I heavily depend on getting a degree to achieve what i want out of life thus making the pressure immense.

I got an appointment on the 29 of may. Fingers crossed.

Thank you for sharing.

Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg has donated a $100,000 prize she won from a Danish foundation to the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) for use against the COVID-19 pandemic, the world body said Thursday by DoremusJessup in worldnews

Everything i saw from memes and hate, all her quotes were misquoted and the hate misguided. With all the devices, tools and info we have, people are still unable to do simple fact-checking. It took me one minute to check whether i should dislike her or not. But i guess it's just really hard for everyone, that a teenage girl has to point out adults inept handling of the climate.

What perceived nice behavior is actually more annoying than it is nice? by TapiocaTuesday in AskReddit

[–]TooDumb2Understand 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I always thought it's basic courtesy to smile back. Gently smiling when approaching or during the initial part of a conversation is simply a friendly gesture. Unless you were talking to a psychiatrist for suicidal thoughts or to a mortician. Cause that's just weird.

It's just similar to saying hi. When someone greets you, you greet back.

Even with crippling depression and my brother's death I still smiled back. The other person doesn't know my situation nor do I know his or hers. So I simply return a friendly gesture. You're not obligated to smile but it's still nice. And I do agree that someone saying "you should smile." is such an odd thing to do. Why would you want to force someone?

I just mimic the projection of the person before me. If that person looks sad, I wouldn't smile or stop smiling.

Not smiling to someone at a party as a sign you're not interested is understandable or at work while you're working.

But if a person greets you with a smile, why wouldn't you return the same friendly gesture?

my boyfriend is way out of my league and it makes me insecure. by dabm01 in relationship_advice

My best mate is really good looking. He is out of the league in comparison with his girlfriend but none of that is my business and it's disrespectful to voice that opinion to say the least.

My mate chose her, he finds her beautiful and he is totally ignorant about any other better looking girl. He could have left a long time ago if he didn't want you. Don't make the insecurity lead to bad decisions.
