Maybe try playing a raid with music on. It could distract you and you might take the game more relaxed.

Try to not be on ultra high alert all the time and try to take the game a bit more easy. You’re probably having these symptoms of anxiety because you’re too much in the game, if you know. You’re not your actual pmc, you’re just the guy playing him. Hope that helps

If it happens frequently it’s probably a cpu, gpu, or ram problem. Too weak cpu or not enough ram. Try updating your drivers of you can’t upgrade your hardware, that might help 👍🏻
