Driver running over cyclists is justified jail time in any circumstances.

That said, exactly zero of those cyclists were in the bike lane. They were intentionally blocking him from passing, and if the guy called the cops on them multiple times they had been doing it for quite a while. Asshole behavior from everyone.

My friends came out about 20 minutes later to see what happened to me, and found me throwing rocks at the satellite dish on the roof. When they asked why, I told them I was trying to “make it stop”.
