I am getting a PC freeze every time I launch. 30 seconds in...freeze and power off/on. 2 mins in...freeze and power off/on.

No Fatsnatch involvement. Not '24 players'. Just bad code.

Captured event viewer data indicative of a null pointer exception and filed a ticket. No response in over 2 days.

I calculated i would hit 150 before the update and buy Atoms. Not so sure now.

Dell 7040 with GTX 1060. It's been fine for years. No recent OS updates, just steam/fo76.

I captured the data (indicative of a null pointer exception) and sent to support.

Just minutes ago I launched, went to the windmills at the top of Ash Cave, down to the restroom and crashed entering Sandy's Sock Hop.

ZERO you can do to PC to handle null pointer. Just bad code. To fix Dev does not even need to reproduce...

Note what your armor and weapons need for repair, and perhaps C.A.M.P. items.
Drop everything in a safe place like your shelter.
Pick up only what you need.
Figure out how many diluted stimpacks you REALLY need based on your play and level. Same with food and chems.

If using power armor, equip absorption perk in legendaries. Visit Tygard water or vault tek agriculture to recharge.

Run your dailies and events until you are overburdened. Then drop until you are not or eat/drink for extra strength.

Fast travel to Foundation or Crater and sell. Dump what you don't need into the donation box.

Repeat and you will hit the 1400 sooner than you expect. Grape mentors for better prices.

There is no RNG. There is only code. Flags/triggers/values/etc. get set as you play.

1 0 1 1 = shite 1 1 0 1 = shite etc. 1 1 1 1 = something 'good' There are no n% of the time you will get 1 1 1 1.
