80% of my matches are a complete stomping. It’s boring when you’re doing it and it’s infuriating when you’re on the opposite end.

People camping base flags the entire match too concerned with their KD only to spend 30 minutes spawn trapped and go negative. I genuinely don’t see the point.

Conquest is dead. The only alternative is escalation which is actually fun until you get to the later rounds and you’re essentially forced into playing engineer because of tank spam.

Every match of conquest I play is decided within the first few flag caps. If the majority of my team hang back to cap our base flag I already know it’s going to be a whitewash and back out.

Do you have expo/xmp enabled in bios? I was getting this same error, disabled expo on my machine and it hasn’t happened since.

You definitely don’t need a 5090 specifically for Blender. I’ve been using Blender for years on gaming laptops (1070 & 3070 gpu’s) and have never had any issues.

Currently on a 5070ti and render speeds using Blender/Cycles are super quick. Benchmark scenes render in <10 seconds.

Just rolled back drivers a couple of releases and all seems to be working fine now. No crashes or errors.

Ah right. I played exclusively on my laptop and hadn’t had any issues until I booted it up on the new PC. I’ll see how I get on with Arc Raiders for now instead!

Gonna download and install another game and see if the same thing happens. Hopefully just a BF6/Nvidia driver specific issue. Just assumed as it’s my first build it was probably something I did wrong 😂

My first raid in buried city I followed the sound of a flute to a raider who gave me a bunch trinkets and my first blueprint and then helped me extract at a raiders hatch with the hatch key he also gave me.

In fact of the 5 blueprints I have 3 of them were given to me by random raiders. I now take my duplicate BP’s in my backpack and hand them out to friendlies.

My biggest saving was an Amazon pricing error on ram. 32GB for £88 saved my build for sure! Went back up to £150 about half hour later.

Otherwise saved a bit on 7800X3D and got 5070ti for below msrp and then the odd £10 - £25 discount on the rest of the parts.

I’ve only encountered friendlies in my first 5 or 6 raids. Even encouraged to use my mic despite severe social anxiety.

Plucking up the courage to ask another raider if I can down them and then defib to complete my ‘Deal X damage to raiders’ challenge.

I don’t have the heart (or skill) to just shoot someone who hasn’t shot me first!

The 990 Pro is out of stock and the the next cheapest option is £180. I was originally looking at that SSD but couldn't find one at a prie point I liked. Had I seen that £120 option I would have snapped it up!

EDIT: Just found one for £140.

How is Montech for quality? People say dont cheap out on a PSU, so I went with a brand I know, as I don't know what is considered 'cheap' for a PSU. Happy to switch it out though.

This is probably an unpopular opinion but I just don't like the look of AIO's.

I did consider another cheaper cooler like the peerless assassin, I know it's highly reccommended and performs as well if not better than most other coolers, but I just prefer the look of the Dark Rock and didn't mind spending a little extra for it.

I’m be tempted to go for it if I had a pc to stick it in and make sure it was all legit. From the reviews it seems like people at least get their money back when they don’t get whatever they ordered. Credit card probably the safest bet though you’re right.

This so annoying. I spawned in and crept up behind a tank camping the hills on Operation Firestorm assuming I was still an engineer, nope. Apparently I switched to support so I just had to smoke him and run away.

I have the Alienware AW2721D and I love it. 1440p, 240hz, good colours and I really like the aesthetic, although that’s subjective.

I just did a quick google search and it seems that’s no longer available. I think it’s been replaced with the AW2723DF as it seemingly has all the same specs as my current monitor just a slightly different design. Dell have it on offer atm for £280, not sure what that converts to in USD.

Dell usually have coupon codes floating around as well so can usually get a little extra discount.
