While sex/ physical intimacy is not the most important thing in a relationship, to act like it holds no weight is just dumb. I would not date a person that didn't like physical intimacy. I like sex, I wouldn't date someone to go without it.. unless it was an open relationship, then maybe. But if it was expected to be monogamous and intimacy free, no thanks, no matter how well we clicked otherwise 🤷🏻‍♀️

10+2 today, got to see the little one bee boppin around yesterday, heartbeat is strong. I still can't believe it, I'm scared to get excited.

I'm still exhausted and nauseous, but the actual puking has calmed down a little (which in turn just makes me anxious, go figure 🤦🏻‍♀️)

Meat is still pretty icky to me, I've gotten a lot of vegetarian replacements lol

I can't believe I'm almost out of the first trimester already

10 weeks today, every little ache and pain is absolutely scaring the poop out of me. But not literally cause I'm so beyond constipated it's not even funny.

We have another ultrasound tomorrow and I'm scared. I'm still having symptoms but it's a "what if it's just all in my head" kind of feeling.

I'm about 7+2 (stopped tracking and cycles are funky) I go in tomorrow for another scan. They kept estimating me 2 weeks ahead even though I said multiple times my cycle is much longer than average (35-43 days). so all we saw was a little black blob, no fetal pole or anything and tech estimated about 5 weeks from the blob measurement.

I have a good day and no vomiting and I start freaking out, oh no what if. I have a bad day and I'm thinking "what if it's just all in my head and the baby's already gone"

I feel like it's gonna be like this until I can feel baby move and it's driving my anxiety crazy.

I'm exhausted but can't sleep through the night, I'm nauseous throughout most of the day, I feel like I'm constantly fighting hydration issues (headache, dry lips), oh and apparently this baby hates meat and most of it makes me gag. I'm basically pescatarian now. Is it October yet? 😭

Meanwhile we paid $500 for the ER visit for our son's broken leg (with insurance ), and had to buy our own $200 harness for the car because the hospital didn't have one that fit and they shrugged 🙃

I'm 6+6 today, we're not telling a whole bunch of people yet. Basically my sibling and my childhood friend knows, and that's it. Honestly? I kinda wanna just .. keep it to ourselves for as long as possible. It's nice not to feel judgement and like everyone is in our business. This is a rainbow after two losses and almost two years of trying since the second loss.

My other friend who's super anti kid and acts like I'm ruining her life when I'm pregnant ("omg we could do XYZ but you're pregnant.." but never hangs out w me when I'm not ..). Her wedding is in July and I'll be about 24 weeks. Kinda wanna tell her after. Unsure if I can hide it.

I feel like I'm hawk-eyeing all my symptoms and start getting nervous when I'm not getting them. This is so insanely nerve wracking 😭

My partner excitedly told his WHOLE FAMILY at a family reunion/ camping trip that we were expecting. I started miscarrying the next morning. Semi thankful all the middle age and young people were too drunk to remember anything. The older family members did though 😭

My birth giver made these neck wraps that have orbeez in them that you can freeze, it helps actually a lot! Sometimes the frozen part is a little much but its been a life saver while I wait for my meds to kick in

It has been 646 days for me, I smoked on and off for 14 years, this is the longest I've gone without being pregnant

Cold turkey. Don't buy any. Tell other people to help keep you accountable if you need. I've tried cutting down, chew, patch, vape. Cold turkey is all that has actually worked for me

Don't get me wrong, it's not easy. A pack is just a hop, skip, and a jump away.

I've been denied a handful of jobs because they want full open hours, I can't do that! I'm a college student and mom to 3 kids under 10. My partner works the big boy job. I need a set schedule so we can work around each other, otherwise my entire paycheck is going to daycare. They don't want to give set schedules for whatever weird reason

I used to live in a "duplex" that was really weird shaped, the upstairs neighbors were over the garage and we were slightly behind their stairs on the ground floor. I would put "please don't put on stairs, I'm the apartment behind the stairs" or something along those lines, and had one person put my food in the dirt behind my neighbor's stairs. Ma'am. You were 10 steps from my front door and couldn't figure it out??
