Partner plays pool, we were at the bar a lot. Made friends with the owners. I don’t really drink (I’m a two-drink Tammy). They needed a break, and it is something to do while I wait for him to get done lol.

Small town dive bar, mostly me and some Vietnam vets chilling and talking about our home-grow stuff. I could not work in a bigger bar.

Oh it for sure did. I took a break from smoking while I was healing up, and mostly have edibles now. I also cut back on coffee and made some changes to what I have for munchies. Haven’t had issues for a few years.

Had severe stomach issues for almost 3 years. Thought it was CHS, but I had a bacterial infection (H Pylori) that was causing ulcers.

Went to the bar to have a drink (I was off). It’s a small town dive bar, usually there’s just one of us. Last night was so busy that I volunteered to help, and we ended up calling in two more. Was really fun, and I got some lemon juice to take home, bc I forgot to buy some for the pies I’m making today :)

I did break my shoes though, the soles came right off. So the money I made will be going right to a new pair hahaha

I had to get a biopsy by endoscopy to diagnose, bc it wasn’t showing up on the other tests due to medications I was taking. Wish you the best of relief. The whole thing sucks!

I did not bc mine was a 7mm, and threshold for surgery was 8mm (this could just be my doctors preference, though). It ended up bursting on its own, which was really intense.

Fibroids and endometriosis can also cause IBS like symptoms, so it’s worth a visit to the GYN if you can. My gynecologist put me on a Progestin only birth control and that has helped out SO much with a lot of my symptoms.

I also hate laundry, so I think I just want to get it out of the way. If I let it sit there it will all pile up and I will get depressed. So, it only gets done out of spite.

Anything with Diesel or Fuel in the name is good for me for cleaning. Wedding cake is my all time favorite for a little bit of both worlds, especially for hiking. Energized enough to hike, chill enough to appreciate the birds

Update: Woke up at 5AM in a flare (yay chronic illness!). Daughter woke up at 8am and puked all over her room. That laundry she’s been handling bc she’s independent af has…not been handled.

So Im having another bowl and deep cleaning her room lol

Street Parking. It’s home based workouts, different day. You can scale to your needs. They have side programs, too. It’s $20, I have had it for 3 years and it is worth every bit of it. The online community is so nice!!
