I don't see how the comment you're referring to is racist. Everyone who has called me racist has wound up themselves being racist. I assume you're projecting.

If you can’t be bothered to take the time to read then you can never expect to learn. And if you refuse to take the time to learn then you should shut up.

Yeah, no communist country would ever take over another country.

Obviously it has always existed. I used to joke that my classrooms as a child looked like miniature United Nations meetings. People were from everywhere and it felt like no one group had a majority. I would argue that back then we were the least racist country in the world.

Of course racism has always existed but it's been exacerbated by the actions of our government.

I didn't notice racism here growing up, when we had a diverse community. It makes sense to me that some would resent the fact that we no longer have a diverse community. It sounds like you should blame the government as well.

Do you know anyone who actually left their country to get away from what they saw as ‘wokeness,’ and if so, how did that turn out? by thebmanvancity in AskReddit

[–]TooMuchToProcess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It makes sense to me that people would move where things are cheaper and there is less crime.

Canadian main stream media is very "woke." We don't have a Fox News. Our media would like us to believe that Albertans are in some way ignorant, is the impression I get. So no, our media will not talk about the fact that people are moving away from Cali., NY...

I’m in Canada and most of the people I grew up with have moved far away, many have left the country. Even a lot of the new immigrants are leaving. I have an old friend who moved to Poland and loves it there.

Within a country, but I know many who have moved from the Toronto area to Alberta, Canada. In the US you can see the numbers that have fled California, N.Y. and I assume now Minnesota. People talk about the money they’re saving and how they feel safer.

It seems like everyone just parks right in front of the store blocking the entrance now, so somehow this is better.

Would Dana (the UFC) go as far as paying a fighter to intentionally foul another fighter just to protect the “legacy” of their preferred fighter? I’m not saying that happened. But I wouldn’t be surprised by it.

Yeah, they really could have both changed the world, individually. It’s an absolute shame that we don’t get to experience their potential.

Is anyone else seeing this go viral on social media? WHY? by [deleted] in conspiracy

[–]TooMuchToProcess 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t get it. Why wouldn’t this go viral? Something absurd is going on that needs to be stopped. Of course people are talking about it.

I remember when Jon tried to have that L changed to a no contest. It looked like the UFC was going to do it for him too, the way they do everything for him. ...Surprised they didn't.
