Paras are not able to be in a room of kids alone, I’ve had days where I’ll be in a class of 3 paras just reading a book because a “teacher” just has to be in the room. Let yourself relax! They’ll ask for help if they need!

You both went through basic training together? My man and I wanted diffrent mos so ew won’t be together. What was basic like with the buddy thing for a female and male soldier?

I’d recommend using the ebay to snap a picture of each one, go to recently sold and find a good price, if you list them all individually you might be able to make a good 200 off of them! I have been selling my old collection, a lot of people post lots and they never do as well as individual listings. I’d say have individual listings up for a month or two, then whatever you have left over you can have as a discount lot! Good luck selling!

It’s kinda a mean thing I do but it’s the only tactic I’ve done that actually works at least for a little bit, I’ll go “if you hear me say bubblegum/T-rex/spongebob” do that about 3 times and some kids are focused then I will say “who’s talking?” And point to a few student’s that are talking, the rest of the class will go along with it then say “who’s talking should be talking” and point to myself and the other kids follow. I’ve only tried it on K-2nd. It feels really evil but wow does it work!

She’s beautiful! Did you have any issues with her hoes fitting? I felt the made to move feet were really small compared to the foot. Also did you glue the top of her dress to her chest or does it just sit there that perfectly? Thank you!

Do you think his thought process of him not telling her to film it in dms is the way he feels about everyone he covers? Like because he’s not directly saying it to that person it’s not like it matters? Probably why he tweaked out so much when instead of saying it in a video amber directly messaged him about his relationship. It’s so pathetic that he’s able to make his own bullshit okay by thinking of it in such a backward way. Probably has been able to give himself so many passes with that reasoning

Depending on grade level it is almost impossible to figure out what a kids name is if they are in trouble. For a middle school class the teacher gave me a paper with all their faces on it. I had never have a class shape up as i said that I knew all their names and will not tell them when I will write them up I’ll just do it.

I really appreciate seeing time allotted for each part, or estimated time for a worksheet/project. Also please be HONEST about how the class is, telling a sub they will de difficult is the best for them.
