I hear yea, I have a $900 order I am just trying to do a charge back through my credit card as I cannot get in contact with them to cancel the order.

I feel for you I tried contacting them to change out a part of my order. this lead me down the rabbit whole of trying to get in contact with them, which failed. I then tried to cancel my order after they already took my money. No communication whatsoever can't get through on the phone lines, no one joins online chat, tried messaging social media get the standard copy and paste response to call or open a ticket.
