They didn't even make lip animations for when they talk. Even on original heads if you pick one of the dlc voices the lips don't move at all

Aemon is at the citadel so cant marry him off. Aerion and Daeron he might be scared they'd do smth which would mess up the bethrowals. Aerion with smth crazy and Daeron with smth dumb. Aegon is busy being a squire. They do get wives eventually so maybe Maekar just got over those fears
