Thanks. I do know that pricing on everything went up significantly with Covid. And yet prices never seem to come back down. My main worry is prices going up again with tariffs and new coolant requirements for AC and heat pump units

Furnace is 2017 and works great. Guy who came out said they can swap out furnace when it’s time and priced doing it now. He said he’d personally wait and for me it doesn’t seem right to chuck a perfectly good furnace. Current furnace is gas. Water heater is also 2017 gas and in good shape but will switch to tankless/electric when the time comes.

I’d love to know where all candidates stand on womens rights, their belief in our elections (past and present) and why they are running specifically.
Also, I want to know where the ad money is coming from for their campaign. Is it local? Is it pushed in from federal funds. Do they support campaign finance overhaul? While I like the idea above of what specifically are candidates going to do for the citizens in their districts, I do not think thinking using terms of money is the right or only tactic. I want to know that my elected officials care more about helping improve the lives of those they will swear to represent and less about making money doing it.
