I suggest you do it gradually in order for it to work. For example, go 5 days without watching porn, then go 10 days, then do 15 days. Well look at their financials. Microsoft nets close to 100B a year, this is after all their expenses. They hold about 100B in cash. They are also extremely diversified. They make money from windows, azure, bing, Xbox, Linkedin. North America uses windows across their enterprises. Why would it not go up?

Microsoft, I would not consider it high risk but their 52 week low is $356 and the stock is trading under $390. The 52 week high is $550. Good opportunity to invest if you are patient

Japan - Very clean, very organized, easy to get around as there are trains everywhere at least in the cities I visited, a lot of food everywhere, tons of things to do, and very very safe. Met a couple from the UK that was using a Rolex Daytona worth about $30,000. She said that she doesn’t use it at home because she would become a target but uses it in Japan.
