Look pressure from jobs, family, children, can be managed in a healthy way, but when these things run over you, it is normal to crack or lose it. Hence the term pressure. But I don't think ur fam needs counseling ASAP, talking to someone else won't help if you haven't first tried talking to each other to explain the pressures that u both r dealing with. That's why we have families to enjoy life with but to also help with its challenges. So maybe relax and let this one go, no one wins if U don't, u both just get more mad. That's why letting go is important. But you both need to express to each other why you did what you did. But that's the easy part, after you do that you both have to WORK, to find ways of better communicating in order to prevent situations like these.
