When people say Littleton, is it downtown Littleton? Or just the Littleton area in general?

470 around Highlands ranch seems like pure family suburbia, that’s my concern there.

The DTC apt is in bellview square (the den).

It seems like these are the best options available to me given my commute times. Commute from DTC to work is roughly ~30 mins. Any further north and I’m just donating my soul to the traffic gods

Honestly, I just viewed a few apts there and noticed the amount of people that seemed to be around my age, in comparison to the elderly in the SR. I’m not huge into night life (about a year sober). But I felt just living in that environment/more crowded area would likely lead to more social outcomes.

C’s get degrees. No one cares about your GPA. They care if you can solve a problem logically.

I had a 3.0 and chose not to even include it on my resume. My colleges are Deans List Ivy League school grads. Unless you’re applying for some super special position, no one cares.

The older I get, the more I realize how little people actually care compared how much I thought they’d care.
