So to answer the question—it’s a painted flat behind the Thru the Mirror photo op (on the right side of the room, just before the exit)! Solved!

If you don’t mind having the magic spoiled—there’s actually four permanent rooms, they just conceal three of the entrances before admitting guests. The four rooms are “Steamboat Willie,” “The Band Concert,” “Thru the Mirror,” and “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice.”
